INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1/3 cup lime (or lemon) juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tbsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
Add your steak and then all ingredients to a glass container or gallon sized ziploc. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2-24 hrs. Allow steak to come to room temperature, about an hour, prior to grilling.
